- When we bought our new appliances we were told at the store by 3 (count them 1, 2, 3 different people!) that we qualified for $150 rebate that we just needed to send the paperwork in and we would get the check in the mail. So that's what we did and shortly after we got a letter in the mail saying we don't qualify.
- We were shopping around for a new cable company to see if we could save some money. We decided to switch when the new company promised us that we could get the exact same services but our bill would go from $80 (through the other company) to $39. We get our first bill with the amount of $65. After 2 hours on the phone fighting with them they dropped it 10.00 a month and then wanted to charge us a $150.00 fee.
- We had our shower needing work done (because it wasn't done right the first time) and we were told that the shower company had been called 5+ times trying to get a hold of them and that they left voice mails and would keep calling them until they came to fix it. After having no shower and shower doors in the bedroom for over a week I called them myself and 3 minutes later I had them on the phone and made an appointment with them to come the next day to fix it- which they did.
Seriously take these few things and add about 350 (SERIOUSLY!) other things just like this and that's what we've been dealing with for the last 5 months.
I need a vacation!

Ugh, I'm sorry. We've been dealing with people saying one thing and someone else saying another with Owen. The pediatrician says it's like the tail wagging the dog.
