Let's do it!!

I've been gearing up to lose some weight again. I figure since I am not working I have ZERO excuses to get off my big behind and start walking again. I also started my weight loss medication today which I swear is the miracle pill they say doesn't exist. So this morning I went for my first walk and it was lovely although I am positive it was up hill both ways :) I was gone for about 35 minutes and worked up quite a sweat- sad I know! I'm also wanting to mix it up a bit and do a dance/exercise DVD a few days a week. Any recommendations? I keep seeing the Zumba one on TV that I'm leaning toward- but would love to hear which one you love.
Now, if I can just stop baking all of these sweets, I might make some progress!
