Meatloaf Mishap

So about a year ago I made a new meatloaf recipe and it was a COMPLETE disaster. We ended up eating it as though I had made Sloppy Joe's. It was completely runny and had no shape or form to it. It was a mess and it had completely shaken my confidence in my cooking. Well last night I gave it another shot using my mom's recipe and it was a success. Easy, delicious, perfect shape... Wahoo. What does that say about my life when meatloaf makes me happy??
