CILANTRO CREAM CHICKEN
4 boneless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons butter
2-3 teaspoons Montreal Chicken seasoning
4 ounces cream cheese, cubed
3/4 cup heavy cream
3-4 tablespoon lime juice
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Melt butter in a large skillet, liberally season the chicken on both sides with the Montreal seasoning. Cook chicken in melted butter. Remove the chicken from the pan. Add the cream cheese and cream to the drippings in the skillet. Over low heat, whisk to blend well as the cream cheese melts. Whisk in the lime juice and stir in the cilantro. Serve chicken with side of sauce to dip. Served it with cooked carrots and garlic bread. Delish!
