Looking for work

Friday I was let go from my job. So this week I've been enjoying some time off and looking for work. It's been nice. I got a few weeks severance and am eligible for unemployment so we should be good for a bit, which makes me less nervous about things. Right now I'm just trying to take a me break. I feel (like I've mentioned before) that things have been insane at our house pretty much since January so having a few me days to just enjoy some time to myself has been wonderful. I'm only on day two and already I am feeling some peace. I've done a bit of shopping for things for the house, got a couple pieces of new clothes and now I'm headed to get a pedicure. Wahoo! I had an interview yesterday which I am hoping pans out and have applied for about 10 jobs this morning. I should know by the end of the week on the job I interviewed for. Wish me luck.
