CHOCOLATE!!

Nothing Bundt Cakes has quickly become a favorite around our family. You will never have a more moist cake then theirs. We splurged and got one (a big one!) for my mom's 50th birthday and as we all moaned and groaned as we ate it we also tried to figure how they make it SO moist!! My mom found this recipe shortly after that we thought could be close. I gave it a try on Saturday and it was a success! We decided it was super moist inside, but a little crispy on the outside. Flavor was fantastic. Give it a try!!

Super Moist Fudge Bundt Cake
1 devil’s food cake mix
1 4 serving package instant chocolate pudding mix
4 large eggs
1 c. sour cream (not low fat or fat free)
½ c. warm water
½ c. vegetable oil
1 ½ c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Place all ingredients except chocolate chips in mixer. Blend 1 minute. Stir down sides. Continue to mix on medium speed for 2-3 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into well greased Bundt pan. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350°. Cool 20 minutes. Invert onto serving platter. Dust with powdered sugar.
