VEGAS!!

So like I said, Michael and I packed up Friday last minute and drove to Vegas for the weekend. We stayed at Bally's

We had some problems with the room so the next morning we went and complained to the the front desk and we were bumped to a suite for the second night at no charge, so that was nice. Like my grandma always says, the squeaky wheel gets the grease. It was MUCH better. It had a 2 person jacuzzi tub, a king bed, and a bidet. That was kind of funny. Neither of us really got the point of it but we felt pampered anyway to be in a room that had one.

We got checked in around 1:30 0r 2:00 am and just went to bed that night. We got up early and went to breakfast at our favorite breakfast buffet in the Paris Hotel. It's so delicious!

Then we headed to do some serious Retail Therapy but the malls were not opened yet so we drove around for a few minutes and came upon a massage place so we splurged and both got a massage. It was so amazing. When we were done we both were zombified and were just ready for a nap. We got our energy back and headed to one of the outlet malls and that was fun. We hit it every time we go to Vegas so we had a pretty good plan of attack. When we left there we headed to Mandalay Bay and went to see the Shark Reef that Michael had been wanting to see. It was pretty neat. I saw an Octopus for the first time in real life and it was pretty creepy.

I also touched some kind of a ray and is was TOTALLY slimy and gross, so obviously I had to touch it a second time. GROSS!

After The Shark Reef we headed to the Rio for lunch at their buffet. On our way there we saw the famous "welcome to Las Vegas" sign so we stopped and took some picts.

After lunch we headed to the hotel to take a short nap. About an hour later we got up and got ready. We headed over to the Wynn to see a Cirque Du Soleil show. We saw Le Reve. It was AWESOME!!! Last time we were in Vegas we saw O and it was amazing too but I think I liked this one even more. It's a water show too and we sat in the second row and got splashed with water throughout the show. Michael went and got us chocolate covered strawberries to enjoy during the show. It was a really nice date. Seriously though, the show was AMAZING!!! They wouldn't let us take pictures during the show but I got a few before and after... they don't do it justice but they still are pretty.

When we got back from the show we were so tired. All we did was go switch rooms and moved into the suite and went to bed. In the morning we got packed up and went to breakfast at the Bellagio buffet then headed to the other outlet mall. Around 1:00 we got back on the road and headed home.

It was a quick trip but much needed. We had a wonderful time and I only have one question...

When can we go back?
