Living Room/Guest Room

I've been working more on the living room recently and am pretty happy with how it's turning out. It feels very peaceful. I just painted this piece and put it in the living room and love how it looks. My hot hubby also installed the new blinds which we got in a dark wood tone which I think makes it very "home-ey" along with the new rug. It's warming up quickly!

Purchased table at a garage sale for $5.00, put on a couple coats of fresh white paint and

replaced the knobs at hobby lobby (50% off). Total investment under $10.00!

We also recently threw together our guest room trying to get it put together with as little money as possible but still make it look cute! Luckily we still had our old bed/nightstands/and lamps so we were almost there! We found some cute bedding at Target and the mirror I had purchased recently (tag on back was$100.00 from Pier 1- I scored on KSL for $20.00!!) Wahoo! I still want to make some fun curtains and pillows and bring in some more colors, but it's looking pretty good so far!!
