Michael and I were both really looking forward to this long weekend together. We weren't quite sure what we were going to do but we couldn't wait anyway!
Michael worked the early shift on Friday so we got to start our weekend a little early so we went out for sushi at Katana and it was delicious!! Then Saturday we woke up early and raring to go. We went to garage sales with mom and dad. They weren't very good due to the holiday but we still found a few fun things and it was fun being together. Then Michael and I decided to head up to the Park City outlet mall and enjoy some of their AWESOME holiday sales. And, one of my most memorable dates with Michael was going up to the outlet stores and then going to Ruth's diner afterwards so what better way to end this fun day but with Ruth's diner for dinner. It was so much fun. We got to sit outside right as the sun was going down and they had live music and the food was delicious. It was a really nice day.
Sunday was a bad movie day. We went to see Eclipse and then rented "When in Rome" and thought they were both pretty terrible but we still enjoyed having a lazy day.
Then Monday morning we woke up and decided to do Saturday all over again. We went to Park City and then Ruth's again. It was fun just being outside and being together. On our way home from Park City as we were driving through the canyon we saw a family that had lost the tire to their trailer and due to all of the sparks from it sliding on the ground it had started a fire on the side of the road. So we stopped to help them the best we could with what little water we had in our car. Luckily the firemen got there soon after. And then we headed to my aunt and uncle's house to bring them some treats we stopped and picked up. It was fun to see them again and their cute kids! Here are some picts from the weekend.

It was such a pretty drive too. Everything was SO green and beautiful! Such a fun way to spend the long weekend. Hope yours was fun and safe!!
