Better late then never... Em turned 28 on September 7th, although if you ask her how old she turned she'll tell you 21. However, if you ask her again she'll tell you 23. She's having signs of Alzheimer's already! She chose to have BLT'S and chocolate cake for her birthday meal and we got together at mom and dad's house last Sunday to celebrate. We sang Em's favorite song (Happy birthday) no less then 14 times- just for her on her special day! Hence her pointing a gun at herself in the picture below. Good times.
Things I love about Em
1. She doesn't take crap from ANYONE!
2. She is very strong and independent even though she doesn't think she is
3. She has been a very good role model for me growing up and just like I do with my mom, I always look at a situation and think "how would em handle this?"
4. She has a really good sense of humor
5. She is the best homemaker you have ever met in your life. She decorates like a pro, she cooks like a chef, she sews like a seamstress, and she throws amazing parties!
6. She is as crafty as they come
7. She has really strong morals which I will admire until the day I die
I love you Em! Thank you for being the best sister I could ask for. Happy 21st!! (or 23rd?)
