Chinese Night


Last night Michael and I attempted to make homeade chinese food- something we haven't really done before. We made stirfry (Teriyaki marinated beef, pea pods, onions and mushrooms) and egg rolls (hamburger, carrot, cabbage, sprouts, ginger and oyter sauce). We took egg rolls to a couple of neighbors last night and only one of the couples were home. (Hope you liked them Brian and Maren). I think they turned out ok. We made quite the mess, but still had fun!
